Statistics show that men are dying on average six years earlier than women. The causes of these deaths are largely preventable.

In New Zealand, the most common cancer amongst young men is testicular cancer. We also lose one kiwi man each day to suicide and 3,800 are diagnosed with prostate cancer each year.

MOVEMBER

Organised by the Movember Foundation, a leading global organisation committed to changing the face of men’s health, the Movember movement is a global campaign supporting men’s health.

The annual event encourages both men and women globally, to raise funds and awareness for men’s health, specifically testicular cancer, prostate cancer and men’s mental health.
