GB’s Sarah O’Connell, General Manager of GB subsidiary TriEx, will be speaking at the inaugural Women in Insurance Summit on the 24th of July 2018 at Cordis Auckland.
Sarah will be speaking on how to overcome unconscious bias in the insurance profession. She will be presenting on how to understand unconscious bias and its impact in the workplace, how you can constructively address unconscious bias if you ever encounter it and how to overcome unconscious bias in succession planning, recruitment and promotion.
