In his current role, Marc provides leadership, advice and support to the Motor Assessing team. He is responsible for the overall effective planning and implementation of business-as-usual (BAU) assessing strategies to achieve the business plans and objectives.
Craig Furness, Chief Executive Officer, says that since joining GB in October 2019, Marc has grown GB’s business opportunities to become one of the leading TPAs in the motor claims industry.
“Marc’s experience and expertise has ensured that we have a skilled and respected team that produces successful outcomes whether working with the insurer, their clients or the motor industry,” he said.
One of Marc’s key achievements to date was the implementation of a full operational review of the entire motor claims and assessing process. The initiative resulted in a reduction in turnaround time of assessments, a 60% gain in the utilisation of resources, and improvements in service levels and increased client satisfaction.
