GB recognised for improving client performance at 2014 VWA Awards

Andrea Moffat, Business Account Manager, has won the award for Improving Client Performance at the VWA’s 2014 agent awards.

The annual awards program recognises outstanding performance by individuals and teams working in the industry. This is the second time in two years that Gallagher Bassett has won the award for Improving Client Performance, with the 2103 award being taken out by Danny Benjamin for his work with another of Gallagher Bassett’s large corporate clients.

Andrea was awarded the honour for the outstanding work she has done with Victoria Police in improving their claims performance.

Gallagher Bassett Business Account Manager Andrea Moffat wins award for Improving Client Performance at the 2014 VWA Agent Awards.

Andrea has been the dedicated Business Account Manager for Victoria Police for over seven years.  In this capacity, she has contributed significantly to Victoria Police’s claims and premium performance which has significantly improved over the last six years.

Andrea has developed strong partnerships with the Victoria Police management team and has worked tirelessly with Gallagher Bassett’s claims team to improve claims management services provided to the client.

VWA CEO, Denise Cosgrove presented the award to Andrea.

Andrea stated, “I’m so proud and honoured to have won this Award.  This is the testament to the hard work of many people at both Gallagher Bassett and Victoria Police”.

Andrea has been part of the workers’ compensation industry for 27 years. Her wealth of experience brings a sound knowledge and understanding of the issues and complexities within an organisation like Victoria Police.

Winners of the 2014 awards were announced at a gala dinner held on 22nd October at the Plaza Ballroom, Regent Theatre in Melbourne.   Other finalists from Gallagher Bassett included:
