For the second consecutive year, Gallagher Bassett (GB) New Zealand has been recognised as one of New Zealand’s best places to work, receiving the ‘Employer of Choice’ acknowledgement from Human Resources Director (HRD) in 2022 and 2021.

The 5-Star Employer of Choice award celebrates organisations that demonstrate an ‘overriding commitment to their people above all else’. Organisations were judged on their practices and policies in a myriad of HR categories, such as mental health support, flexibility, health and wellbeing, innovation, tech implementation and recruitment, and many more.
